On the 20th and 21st of February 2012. we organized presentation of new Yamaha guitars from series of Pacifica and new THR amps. Presentations were held in Cakovec at our conference room, and multimedia presentation was conduct by our employee Nino Benkovic.
First day of presentation was reserved for students of high schools and day 2 was public day for all interested. Presentation consisted of lecture, videos, slides, and all products were presented so it was possible to see them and test them.
New model of Yamaha Pacifica guitars; 611HFM, 510V and 120H with their innovative solutions of pickups, vintage look, and top build quality and most of all with great sound that is easy to control on the guitar was delightful to all present. New models of Yamaha guitars set again new and high criteria in this line of electric guitars how with looks and like that with sound which override its price range. Yamaha Pacifica 611HFM and 510V are guitars that you can easy exchange for custom models because they look like customs and sounds like custom products when you take them out of box.
Yamaha THR amps are new concept made and build in Yamaha. THR5 and THR10 are minded as „third“amp for guitar players. First is off course amp for live performance (big and loud), second one is for studios and smaller gigs (combo or similar) when THR takes roll as amp for everywhere and home amp. So what’s the catch? Small compact design, VCM technology for making emulation of sounds from tube amps and to mention built in HiFi speakers, basic efx, audio input for practice (MP3, phone, CD…) and USB connection for free Cubase software makes this amp to great interface for recording guitars. Power supply through batteries makes this amps work everywhere you want and with autonomy up to 6hours!
After presentation visitors also tested presented instruments and equipment, ask questions, and on the way out we prepared small gifts for them.
We invite all visitors to come in the nearest Euro-Unit center and test by yourself new products from our wealthy offer.

Conventional amps work great on stage. But what about everywhere else you play? Most amps are just small versions of stage amps - but how you play at home isn’t just a small version of how you play on stage, so why would an amp based on that really give you what you need?
THR is the first amp truly designed to fit how you play off-stage. Everything you need is here: tones that push amp modeling to a new level, recreating the exact response and experience of playing a tube amp thanks to Yamaha’s exclusive Virtual Circuitry Modeling (VCM) technology; ultra-realistic reverbs and effects to complement your playing and push you farther; and true hi-fi quality stereo audio playback that no guitar amp can get close to - all wrapped up in a package designed to mirror how you really play off-stage.
You have your big amp that sounds great cranked up to 10. Maybe you have your practical, smaller amp for rehearsals and smaller shows. Now you have the perfect third amp. The amp for everything else, THR. Prepare to spend a lot more time playing guitar….

It is an international cultural center of the Croatian Musical Youth - World space for meetings of Music youth.
The 2011th was the first year without our friend, Bosko Petrovic. Life goes on, and business of director of Jazz Festival Jazz is Back - BP 2011th took Neven Frangeš. This is huge project, which takes place parallel with a summer jazz school of Croatian Musical Youth, that change name from this summer as Summer Jazz Academy. Such projects cannot be realized without the right partners, and in this case this was Grožnjan and Euro-Unit doo
Now traditional cooperation between Euro-Unit on this project and this year was invaluable, and besides all the necessary sound equipment, and musical instruments in Grožnjan were also staff from Euro-Unit, not only as tone-masters, but also as a head of technical coordinators with specific responsibility. In fact, on several occasions the organizers and performers surprised with summer storms, and the boys had to quickly, safely and professionally care about all the sound equipment and musical instruments. With help of colleagues from the Croatian Musical Youth, all have been done in a way that does not occur even the smallest damage.
Immediately upon end of this great jazz project, followed by the International Course for drummers East Meet West this year with the addition in name - workshop for popular music. The star of this year's workshop for drummers was Antonio Sanchez, American jazz drummer, Mexican by birth, whose professional career is linked with names such as Gary Burton, Pat Metheny and Chick Corea. Euro-Unit supported his workshop with a set of new Remo drumheads and 2 complete sets of Yamaha drums, which, as donations are in Grožnjan, for the Croatian Musical Youth.
At the end of another "Grožnjan" season, director of Euro-Unit, Mr. Ivan Sencar, during a meeting in Zagreb, congratulated to staff of the Croatian Musical Youth on another successful season, and, after a pleasant atmosphere with a cup of coffee on the terrace of concert hall V. Lisinski they left with greeting: "See you in Grožnjan next summer."
